Founder & Chief Executive Officer
U.S. Marine Corps (Ret.) · DLA · OSD · FBI · DIA · NCIS · National CIE Strategy Senior Technical Group
Freddy Blanco is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ENIRAM LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business built to defend the operational technology and industrial control systems that U.S. Government and defense missions run on. He sets the firm's technical direction and leads its government engagement, holding the work to a single test: which cyber risks actually threaten the mission and what it costs to buy them down.
He has spent more than thirty years in national security across the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement. As Senior Cybersecurity Advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Defense Continuity & Mission Assurance, a Defense Logistics Agency position at the Pentagon, he advised on IT/OT convergence and mission-resilience requirements for defense-critical systems and served as the OSD entry point for Joint Staff operations. At the FBI he led the Cyber Threat Intelligence Team in the Enterprise Security Operations Center. Earlier he served at NCIS as cyber liaison to five Navy-sponsored University Affiliated Research Centers, at the Defense Intelligence Agency, and at USAID in Afghanistan as deputy program manager for a $62.5M embassy air program. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Counterintelligence/HUMINT Specialist, conducting counterintelligence operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, and later supported U.S. Cyber Command in the Marine Corps Reserve.
He is a named contributor to the Department of Energy's National Cyber-Informed Engineering Strategy (June 2022), listed in the strategy's Senior Technical Group as a Department of Defense representative. He gives back to the Corps as a USMC Cyber Auxiliarist, mentoring Marines in the cyberspace domain, and holds an M.A. in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University and a cybersecurity risk management credential from Harvard.
